In2food Bonaero Park achieves Green Star and Net Zero certifications
News
The In2food Bonaero Park facility manufactures food for Woolworths and is situated in the OR Tambo Special Economic Zone. The site is one of the few industrial facilities in South Africa achieving both 4-Star Green Star Industrial Design v1 and Net Zero Carbon Level 1 certifications, setting the benchmark for other industrial developments.

203 Oxford surpasses initial Green Star targets
News
203 Oxford, a building in the Oxford Parks precinct developed by Intaprop, achieved a 5-Star Green Star Office v1.1. Design certification in July. This latest addition to the precinct, a mixed-use area comprising offices, retail and residential, is a premium grade commercial development.

Balwin Headquarters – Net Zero ambitions for a 6-star building

The new Balwin Headquarters on 105 Corlett Drive has been awarded a 6-star Green Star Office Design v1.1 rating – one of the first 6-star major refurbishments in South Africa. The project is a refurbishment of the iconic Creative Council building, located adjacent to Melrose Arch in Johannesburg.
