NERSA’s existing building achieves 4 Green Stars

The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) recently undertook a major refurbishment on an existing building located on Madiba Street, Arcadia, in the Pretoria City Centre. This included targeting a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1.1 As-built certification, which was awarded in March this year.

The De Zicht Lifestyle Centre – a Balwin first for Cape Town

In February 2021, the De Zicht Lifestyle Centre achieved a 6-Star Green Star Public & Education Building (PEB) certification. Situated within the De Zicht Lifestyle estate developed by Balwin Properties in Milnerton, Cape Town, the project has also been certified for Net Zero Carbon
