The Tlokweng Road Commercial Development in Gaborone, a modern office development, is currently targeting a 4-Star Green Star New Build Office Design certification. The project is only the third development to target this certification in Botswana.

Multi-unit residential rating for iconic Waterfall Ellipse I
News
Ellipse Waterfall Phase 1, developed by Attacq and Tricolt, achieved a 4-star Green Star multi-unit residential rating for the 10-storey Newton and 11-storey Kepler towers in January 2022. Construction on the first phase of this high-rise luxury apartment development began in November 2019 and is now complete

In2food Bonaero Park achieves Green Star and Net Zero certifications
News
The In2food Bonaero Park facility manufactures food for Woolworths and is situated in the OR Tambo Special Economic Zone. The site is one of the few industrial facilities in South Africa achieving both 4-Star Green Star Industrial Design v1 and Net Zero Carbon Level 1 certifications, setting the benchmark for other industrial developments.
