5 Parks Boulevard: a contemporary and adaptable workspace
5 Parks Boulevard, located in the Oxford Park precinct developed by Intaprop, was recognised as ‘World Leadership’ when it was awarded a 6-Star Office v1.1 Design certification, as well as a Net Zero Carbon Level 1 (Modelled) Certification, in November 2023.

Custom certification for The Courtyard Hotel Waterfall City
The Courtyard Hotel Waterfall City, developed by Attacq, has recently achieved a 4-Star Green Star Custom Hotel v1 Design Rating. This is in line with Attacq’s goal of having all buildings in The Nexus Waterfall business park Green Star certified.

5-Star rating for new Pareto Interior Fitout
In December 2020, the Pareto Head Office in Sandton received its 5-Star Green Star Interior v1 certification for its custom designed interior fitout. The intention was to reflect the organisation’s brand, culture and ethos as well as to promote health and wellness for users of the space.

Barloworld Automotive & Logistics Head Office, the first building to be completed in the mixed-use Irene Link precinct in Centurion, has recently been awarded a 5-Star Green Star SA Design Rating v1.1.

KFC Newmarket receives LEED Retail certification
In early 2019, KFC Newmarket achieved a prestigious LEED certification under the LEED 2009 for Retail – New Construction tool. This project was used as a test case project to update the baseline specification for all KFC branches. The LEED certification process was undertaken by Solid Green Consulting.

The Mon Trésor Business Gateway, a 13,500sqm office park in the district of Grand Port, has recently become the first project in Mauritius to receive a Green Star certification, achieving a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1.1 Design rating in July 2018.
