First Capital Bank: Zambia’s first Green Star rating
The First Capital Bank Head Office in Lusaka, which was recently awarded a 5-star Design rating, is the first building in Zambia to achieve a Green Star rating. This required commitment from both the client and the professional team.

New 4-Star home for Women’s Development Bank
WDB House, located on the northern edge of the iconic Oxford Parks precinct, is the new home of WDB Investment Holdings. The building was developed by Intaprop and has recently achieved a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1.1 Design certification, which was handled by Solid Green.

New MDA Office is Net Zero Carbon early adopter
The new office for MDA Attorneys is one of the first buildings in the country to receive a Net Zero Carbon pilot certification. Designed by Activate Architecture, with Solid Green Consulting as sustainability consultants, MDA’s new home in Houghton, Johannesburg, is intended to give its users a workplace that both enhances their productivity and reduces natural resource depletion.
