Park Lane West delivers human-centred design
Park Lane West, situated in the Menlyn Maine mixed-use precinct in Pretoria, is a seven-storey contemporary office building that was co-developed by Menlyn Maine Investment Holdings and Barrow Properties. The 19,900sqm building received its 4-Star Green Star Office Design v1.1 rating in March 2021 and is currently targeting a 4-Star As-built certification

GEMS scores on Innovation
The new GEMS building, situated in the Menlyn Maine precinct in Pretoria on a previously occupied site, was awarded a 5-Star Green Star SA Office v1.1 Design certification at the end of August 2019.

Pegasus, Menlyn Maine
Menlyn Maine Pegasus was the very first building registered with the GBCSA for a Green Star SA rating in 2009. In 2015, the project’s 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1 Design rating was the twentieth certification facilitated by Solid Green Consulting, and the development received its 4-Star Green Star SA As-built rating in December 2016.

Green Star Communities Tool gets underway
Together with TAP Properties and Urban Reflection, Solid Green has recently been appointed to develop the Local Context Report for the new Green Star SA Communities Tool. Solid Green is also the consultant on four of the thirteen projects that will be piloting the tool – Dunkeld, Sandton Gate, Melrose Arch and Menlyn Maine.
