Celebrating 10 Years and 100 Certifications!
This year, Solid Green has attained the double milestone of its tenth birthday and one hundred green building certifications! This monumental achievement includes 84 Green Star, 7 Net Zero, 6 EDGE and 3 LEED certified projects.

REID Lifestyle Centre targets Green Star & Net-Zero certifications
In May 2020, The REID Lifestyle Centre achieved a 6-Star Green Star Public & Education Building (PEB) certification. Part of an upmarket lifestyle estate situated close to the Marlboro Gautrain station, the building is also targeting a Net-zero Carbon Level 2 rating.

On Thursday 20 June 2019, the winners in the 2019 edition of the SAPOA Property Development Awards for Innovative Excellence were announced at a gala dinner and awards evening held as part of the 2019 SAPOA Convention & Property Exhibition.

Mon Trésor: Mauritius’ first Green Star certification
The Mon Trésor Business Gateway, a 13,500sqm office park in the district of Grand Port, has recently become the first project in Mauritius to receive a Green Star certification, achieving a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1.1 Design rating in July 2018.
