This year, the 17th edition of the Mail & Guardian’s Greening the Future flagship awards aligned with the 26th session of the Conference of the Parties, the COP 26 Global Summit.


As founder and director of Solid Green, GreenED and the Regenerative Collaborative South Africa, Marloes Reinink was one of the winners under the ‘Green Building’ category.

The Mail & Guardian’s Greening the Future flagship awards recognises 60 winners in 10 environmental and sustainability categories, and celebrates the dedication of environmental and sustainability trailblazers and heroes who are working towards ensuring that CO2 emissions decrease within prescribed bounds to limit the precarious rise in global temperatures.
