Sustainable building features

  • The tenant fit-out is fully integrated with the base building. As-such, the tenant fit-out benefits from energy and water efficient systems and equipment installed as part of the base building.
  • Responsible environmental and waste management practices during construction.
  • Water-efficient fittings are installed that limit occupant water usage.
  • Environmentally and user-friendly materials and products with 3rd party eco certifications are installed in the fit-out.
  • Majority of the appliances and tenant equipment in the fit-out are energy efficient, i.e. rated under the Energy Star® system or the European Energy Labelling scheme.
