NERSA’s existing building achieves 4 Green Stars
The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (NERSA) recently undertook a major refurbishment on an existing building located on Madiba Street, Arcadia, in the Pretoria City Centre. This included targeting a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1.1 As-built certification, which was awarded in March this year.

As-Built certification for Lakeview Phase II
In August 2020, Lakeview Phase II Office Park in Roodepoort, Gauteng, received its 5 Star – Green Star SA Office v1.1 As-Built rating. Developed by Abland for Nedbank, the development is recognised as having reached ‘Excellence’ through this commendable achievement in sustainability.

Nedbank has once again confirmed its commitment to driving green building in the property sector with the second phase of the Lakeview office park, which achieved a 4-Star Green Star Office V1.1 Design certification early in March this year.
