iKusasa demonstrates Sustained Sustainability
The iKusasa building, situated in Johannesburg’s Oxford Parks Precinct, is the first in developer Intaprop’s portfolio to achieve a 6-Star Green Star As Built Rating, which was officially awarded in May 2024.

8 Parks Boulevard, developed by Intaprop and Oxford Parks, received a 5-Star Green Star Office v.1.1 Design Certification on 30 June.

New 4-Star home for Women’s Development Bank
WDB House, located on the northern edge of the iconic Oxford Parks precinct, is the new home of WDB Investment Holdings. The building was developed by Intaprop and has recently achieved a 4-Star Green Star SA Office v1.1 Design certification, which was handled by Solid Green.

Oxford Parks: A catalyst for urban regeneration
Oxford Parks, which officially broke ground in April 2017, is envisaged to be a sustainable and cosmopolitan medium-density urban environment that brings 300,000sqm of development rights to the Dunkeld Precinct linking Illovo to Rosebank along Oxford Road in Johannesburg.
